Density Training for Physique Change

When I say density, think squeezing in as much work as possible in a short amount of time (this is different from traditional weight training, which focuses mainly on high volume and structured rest periods).  If the goal is physique change, we must create a metabolic response that will produce an elevated heart rate and a burning in the muscles, forcing us to use short rest periods throughout the training session, allowing us to get more work in!  The benefit of this type of training is we get done is less time, and we rest as needed (using the Rest-Based Training Model from MetEffect) making it suitable for all fitness levels.
