These are just a FEW of the comments I hear over-and-over again!  This is why my sister, Amy Kreighbaum, and I created the RESTORE Nutrition Program.  Our goal was to not only create a nutrition/fitness program that would help repair the metabolism and balance hormones, but also to help our clients restore their relationship with food and exercise!

We have found most people have a very unhealthy relationship with food and exercise. . . either in the form of over-eating and under-exercising or under-eating and over-exercising.  Many people can go overboard either way and get obsessed with all things health, or they can become so afraid of failure that they don't even want to try anymore!

Any extreme is unhealthy and our hope is to teach people how to live a healthy lifestyle!

I've worked with hundreds of women over 15 years on fitness and fat loss and a common struggle I hear is that losing weight and keeping it off is getting harder as the years pass!  What once worked just doesn't cut it anymore.

These same women are tired of constantly trying new diets, feeling hungry, over-exercising and not getting the lasting results they're after!

Let's be honest. . . relying on willpower gets old!  Spending hours in the gym gets old and it's not sustainable!  I'm here to tell you there's A BETTER WAY!

A better way to lose fat and not feel immense hunger or cravings!  A way to eat and workout that takes little effort and will leave you more energized!  The missing piece for many in their efforts to lose fat is HORMONES!  Simply cutting calories and exercising more may work in the short-term, but eventually willpower runs out and the weight comes back on!  Doing this tactic time and time again makes each future attempt at fat loss even harder!
